So the easiest method is to check your full information about Windows just press (WIN+R) on the keyboard or click on the windows icon in down left button and type run on the search bar. Then type CMD on the Open option.
It will look like this. Then type (systeminfo) in CMD and click on enter on keyboard.
Boom you will get all the information. Okay if you go down you will get the memoriam information and available memory physical memory all these things.
